There will be a Mandatory Pre-Departure meeting on Wednesday, April 24th @ 5:00 PM, Ernst room in Blaustein. The meeting will be over between 6-6:30 PM.

 Topics to be discussed include the following:

• Title IX 
• Connecticut college academic policies
• Financial Aid consortium agreements
• Housing procedures/policies for Spring 2020
• ON- CALL International Insurance
• Health and Safety 
• Money matters
• Other questions students might have

At this meeting, you will receive the study away leave form to complete. If you have decided NOT to study away this fall, please let me know so I can withdraw your applications from our system. Let me know if any questions.
